This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity :
- Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00a-5 : 00p. No Call.
- Patients Per Day : Average is 16
- Practice Setting : Outpatient
- Scope : Primary Care
- State Licensure : Active Ohio State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners : Yes
- Credentialing Timeframe : 30 Days
