Accounts Payable Supervisor

LRE (Leeward Renewable Energy) is a high-growth renewable energy company forging a sustainable future through integrity, innovation, and positive impact. We own and operate 30 large wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the United States, totaling over 3 gigawatts (GW) of generating capacity.

LRE has an ambitious goal of 10GW of operating assets by 2028 and are developing and contracting an increasing pipeline of new projects every year. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for essential activities in the accounts payable function and supervise a team of Accounts Payable Associates. Essential Functions :

• Supervise and lead a team of three accounts payable associates, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Assist with 1099 Preparation.
• Monitor the AP inbox and OCR process.
• Handle vendor email escalation.
• Assist with vendor maintenance, additions, changes, and fraud prevention process.
• Oversee the recording of vendor payments and approvals for the AP Associates.
• Manage the workload of employees.
• Prepare a weekly list of unpaid invoices for all legal entities and determine payments to be made based on funds availability, working closely with the Treasury Department.
• Review the weekly duplicate invoice report.
• Oversee the Concur process.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the AP Manager.
