About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Associate Director, HR Business Partner to support a highly dispersed field and sales organization across North America. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders in operations and sales, leading 2 HR business partners to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across branches and regions. You’ll balance workforce planning, labor / union issues, and employee relations with talent development, sales force enablement, and leadership effectiveness.
