General Manager – Food and Nutrition Services

Overview

We’re hiring an experienced General Manager to lead food & nutrition operations at a 900-bed hospital in Washington, DC. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee patient dining, retail food services, catering, and physician dining , ensuring excellence in quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Base pay range

$125,000.00 / yr - $138,000.00 / yr

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage day-to-day food & nutrition operations
• Develop strategic plans and meet financial goals
• Build strong partnerships with nursing and clinical teams
• Oversee patient meal service, retail, and catering operations
• Drive team engagement and compliance with DC regulations
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and satisfaction
