General Manager 5 - Food and Nutrition Services - Georgetown - Washington DC (onsite)

We are seeking a General Manager 5 - Food for MedStar Georgetown University Hospital located in Washington, DC. MedStar Georgetown is one of the D.C. area's oldest academic teaching hospitals.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for innovation, training, process improvement, and team building. This position will oversee all food services for the 609 licensed hospital, including, retail, patient, and catering services.

Key Duties

• Directs all contract services.
• Oversees management / administrative team who are responsible for special functions, cash control and payroll.
• Customer and client satisfaction
• Drives growth and develop strategic plans
• Financial management
• Ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance.
