This role is designed for an already highly proficient general manager with fitness industry experience who is prepared to step into a leadership role immediately.

We are looking for a rockstar general manager who :

Serve as a key point of contact with members, with emphasis on providing the D1 customer experience. Duties include :

Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and associated reporting through MindBody POS system. Maintain daily / weekly statistical and financial reports. Maintain retail inventory to ensure adequate stock and prevent shrinkage.

Compensation structure : Salary + profit share + bonus potential

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 per year [OTE $130,000]
