Human Factors Engineer (Softwar- based)

FocusKPI is looking for a  Human Factors Engineer (Software-based) or  User Researcher  to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

The client is seeking a Human Factors Engineer or UX Researcher to join a cross-disciplinary team of product managers, designers, user researchers, writers, and software engineers, with the goal of increasing users' awareness and proactivity in improving their health.

This role will involve working on innovative health applications, from concept to launch, utilizing a range of research methodologies, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, observation, and contextual inquiry, to deliver high-quality research with impactful recommendations.

They use an iterative research and design approach in the lab, and thus, the ideal candidate will feel comfortable with running multiple studies with a healthy dose of ambiguity.

The team’s iterative approach is fast-paced, utilizing collected data and insights to answer key questions, reduce ambiguity, and drive the design and product direction towards a successful product release.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to run a study from end-to-end :

• to align on study goals with various stakeholders, execute remote and / or in-person studies, and analyze data to write and present a report that is easy for diverse stakeholders to consume with relevant, actionable, and succinct recommendations.
