Office Manager

Lead office operations and support clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient care. Hire, develop, and retain high-performing staff. Consult with patients on treatment options and manage financial processes. Analyze business results, manage P&L, and implement strategies to drive growth. Prepare and lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and team performance.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 1+ year managing a team (retail, hospitality, or service industry experience welcome)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
