Manatt has an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and team-oriented Proposal Coordinator with a keen eye for detail based in our Washington, D.C. office. Reporting to one of the team's two Proposal Managers and working closely with the Business Development Team supporting Manatt Health, the firm's integrated health care law and consulting division, the RFP and Proposal Coordinator will support the Business Development Team's two Proposal Managers in responding to formal RFPs or high-value pitch / proposal requests on strict timelines.
The successful candidate will have superior organizational, analytical, writing and research skills, be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment with a high-performing team and entrepreneurial internal stakeholders. The right person for this position will have a client-centric mindset, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a self-motivated and positive attitude. This individual must be comfortable working at a fast pace while not compromising attention to detail and overall work product.

The base annual pay range for this role is between $68,000-$78,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
