A company is looking for a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC / LCADC) in New Jersey, Full-Time.Key Responsibilities : Provide counseling to members on a weekly basis through text-based chat, video calls, and phone callsOnboard users with an initial phone call and complete a multidimensional assessmentMonitor members' progress, offer therapeutic strategies, and support motivation to change substance useRequired Qualifications : Minimum 2 years of clinical experience delivering CBT and / or behavioral support for substance use disordersMS / MA and / or BS / BA in a related fieldProficient in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Medication Assisted Treatments, and Relapse PreventionAbility to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals from different disciplinesHold an active state credential / license recognized by a national credentialing body
