A company is looking for an Emergency Preparedness Program Manager who will oversee the development and implementation of emergency preparedness standards and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and deploy emergency preparedness standards and initiatives
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of emergency response plans, policies, and procedures
Lead emergency preparedness projects and collaborate with leadership for effective implementation of standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in emergency management or a related field
Completion of specified FEMA courses (IS 100, IS 200, ICS 300, ICS 400, IS 700, IS 800)
Preferred credentials : Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), or Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
Minimum three years of emergency management experience
Minimum two years of relevant healthcare or business continuity experience
