About the Position

As Director of Content & Business Development, you will serve as a key member of the EverPass leadership team, playing a dual role across strategic growth and content partnerships. You will lead efforts to identify, structure, and execute high-impact content deals, develop our long-term content roadmap, and serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and executive team. You'll also drive business development initiatives and help steward strategic relationships across sports, media, and tech.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role ideal for a senior operator with deep media industry experience, strong deal instincts, and a bias for action.

What You'll Do

• Content Strategy & Partnerships

Lead the development of EverPass's global content strategy in partnership with executive leadership

Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company growth plans

Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and new business models across streaming and live sports

Oversee key strategic content and distribution partners

Partner with Finance, Product, Legal, and Marketing to operationalize new content initiatives

What You'll Bring

Expected Compensation : The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $150,000 - $225,000.In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
