As a key member of the product development team, you’ll play a vital role in bringing exciting new cosmetics to market. Partnering with our client through Aquent, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and contribute directly to the success of iconic beauty products.

Your expertise will be essential in evaluating formulations and components, providing crucial feedback to vendors, and managing the entire product development lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with international vendors, hone your communication skills, and see your work come to life on a global scale.

What You’ll Do :

• Assess formulations and components, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to vendors, often requiring clear communication across language barriers.
• Manage the receipt and submission of formulations from vendors, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Oversee benchmark and shade lineup selections, presenting your findings to management, marketing, and cross-functional partners.
• Participate in season, collaboration, and product brainstorms, contributing your expertise to the creative process.
• Manage color matching for each project, involving multiple iterations and meticulous comparisons.
• Distribute samples, present your projects, and gather feedback from key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Manage the shipment and receipt of products to and from vendors.
• Potentially collaborate with business partners and internal clients on packaging artwork development, artwork status meetings, budget tracking, and other artwork management responsibilities.

Must-Haves :

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.53 to $45.04 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
