Job descriptionLead and manage structural and creative packaging projects from planning through execution. Collaborate closely with Creative, Product Design, Sourcing, and Merchandising teams. Maintain timelines, resources, and deliverables across 100+ concurrent projects. Communicate status updates, risks, and milestones to cross-functional teams. Track progress and maintain detailed documentation using project management tools. Identify workflow improvements and process efficiencies to support team success. 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional or agency environment. Strong understanding of packaging workflows (structural + creative). Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders with precision. Familiarity with Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar tools (a plus!). Excellent communication and organization skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset. Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Project Management, Business Operations, or related field preferred.
