We are seeking qualified and compassionate registered nurses to join our healthcare team. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring patient safety.

You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to offer the best possible care for patients.

Responsibilities :

Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Administer nursing care to patients and provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to healthcare team members.
Follow hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care, nursing policies and procedures.
Participate in patient care conferences and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Requirements

Requirements :

Current RN license in the state of employment.
Minimum of one year of experience as an RN.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations.
Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
