GENERAL PURPOSE :
The Payroll IPS (Immediate Pay States) Coordinator II plays a critical role in ensuring compliant and timely payroll processing for employees in states with immediate pay requirements. This position is responsible for reconciling payroll variances, specifically analyzing paid termination hours versus on-cycle batch hours, calculating and paying any discrepancies, and applying applicable waiting time penalty fees where required. The Coordinator will also serve as the team's subject matter expert (SME), supporting cross-functional collaboration and training new team members on processes and state-specific requirements.
The base pay range for this role is $22.69 - $32.79. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
