As the person leading our paid social and programmatic marketing, you'll build, coach, and lead a team of world class marketers. Your team will be responsible for generating high quality leads and building pipeline via multiple digital paid channels and executing strategies to launch and measure new ones. This role is highly cross-functional. You'll partner closely with our creative, content, growth, analytics, marketing operations, and GTM teams to help Rippling win. The Performance Marketing team sits within the growth marketing org, which has been a key driver in Rippling's trajectory. As a senior marketing leader, you'll mature our growth engine while pushing the boundaries in B2B marketing. Success in role means diving in and landing quick wins, then identifying big bets to accelerate revenue generation.
Manage 9-figure annual budgets efficiently where you'll work with channel owners and growth leaders to continuously optimize and deploy an efficient allocation of marketing dollars. Establish the structure and processes to operate a centralized worldwide marketing team and coordinate the right placements and strategies at a tactical level with the right messaging and moments at a brand level. Collaborate cross-functionally to build and iterate on the most optimal marketing mix. Partner with analytics to create a measurement ecosystem that allows us to track leading indicators and KPIs throughout the entire funnel and maximize our ROI. Own reallocation efforts of our marketing mix as we see successes and failures at deploying our budget efficiently. You will be meticulous about how we spend dollars across all channels and figure out how to maximize the ROI outputs. Work with internal growth leaders to make sure that their strategies and audiences overlap with the other parts of the marketing stack. Work with external media providers to ensure we get the best placements in TV, Video, Podcast & OOH well in advance and to optimize our impact.
5+ years of experience in digital, programmatic, TV & OOH media buying strategy Demonstrated success in planning and optimizing cross-platform campaigns that drive measurable performance Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and display DSPs Proficiency in Linear Media buying strategy and metrics Familiarity with CTV and platforms such as Tatari or MNTN Ability to approach OOH the same way you would approach performance marketing Experience collaborating with growth, marketing, creative and / or finance teams Platform Fluent : You're comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and understand the nuances of each platform's tools and audience capabilities Audience-Centric : You believe in meeting people where they are, with the right message, at the right timeand you know how to do it across platforms and DMAs You naturally communicate clearly, because you think clearly. You know how to modulate your communications, whether talking to an IC on your team or an executive Confidence analyzing large data sets & using findings to make recommendations, develop, and execute strategies Deep understanding of measurement and attribution. Experience working with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus. BS / BA or equivalent work experience

The pay range for this role is :
126,000 - 220,500 USD per year (US Tier 1)
