Customer Service Representative

Speedway Auto Parts a 3rd generation automotive recycling company that purchases damaged late model vehicles and sells reusable parts to shops, dealerships, on-line end users and other auto recyclers in our network.

Our Customer Service Representative with office duties is on a mission to delight customers by providing industry-leading customer service from the lead to the sale and beyond.

Responsibilities may include :

• Working with our Team to answer calls / day, providing product information and filling orders.
• Marketing used auto parts and extended warranties to our diverse customer base.
• Following-up post-sale, to ensure customer delight and generate future orders.

Basic automotive knowledge is a plus. In-role training is provided over your first 90 days.
