What You'll Do
- Be the first call for clients with questions about their employee benefits plans
- Partner with Sales Executives to manage renewals, plan changes, and carrier communications
- Attend client meetings in-person with consultant as needed
- Coordinate key timelines—from open enrollment prep to ongoing service needs
- Deliver value-add insights on compliance requirements and share trusted resources
- Track and update client benefit details in our systems with accuracy and care
- Stay sharp on trends, carriers, and legislative updates—you'll be our "Knowledge Broker"
What You Bring
2–3 years of experience in employee benefits, preferably supporting small to midsize groups (2–50+ employees)Working knowledge of fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded benefit plansLife & Health license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)Familiarity with insurance compliance and employer requirementsStrong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonalProficiency in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesA proactive, collaborative mindset and a high attention to detailWhy Join Us
