POSITION PURPOSE :

The Janitor Lead oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs of specific accounts or group sites. A lead has over 1 year of experience in the cleaning and / or janitorial arenas and is well versed in safety requirements, equipment use, scheduling and training.

SHIFT DETAILS :

Monday - Friday 7 : 00 pm - 3 : 30 am

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
• Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques
• Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
• Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
• All other duties as defined by supervisor.
