LHH is partnering with a well-established, family-owned business seeking a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Accountant to join its finance team in Escondido, CA. What You’ll Do

Process vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper coding and documentation.

Manage weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH, and electronic transfers.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies independently.

Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close and financial reporting.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and respond to inquiries with professionalism and care.

Support internal projects and contribute to process improvements across the finance function.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.

Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.

Pay Details : $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
