Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Retention Marketing Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis of campaign and channel effectiveness for retention marketing channels
Monitor customer file health and address issues related to list decay and unsubscribe trends
Provide strategic guidance on budget allocation and enhance customer lifetime value through coordinated messaging
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in retention marketing analytics or a similar data-focused role
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
