Overview

Wayfinding Manager / Lead job at Addition+. Charlotte, NC.

Excellent opportunity to join an industry leading Live Event Production Company, operating on a Global scale. With an exciting new programme of work, there is openings within Wayfinding to support delivery for major sporting events ahead.

Responsibilities

As Senior Wayfinding Project Lead, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of Wayfinding across multiple venues for the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the US.
You will motivate and direct a team of Wayfinding Managers and oversee Installation and Venue Managers during critical build periods.
You will safeguard schedule, budget, quality, and risk while driving seamless guest navigation experiences inside the Field of Play and surrounding areas.

Experience

Significant experience (4+ years ideally) in project management for large-scale sports or live-events (Can be Music / Concerts, Corporate etc.)

Strong experience with leading Wayfinding / Signage for multiple events.

Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Proven people leadership, including delegation, motivation, and performance management

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

Experience with Quest or similar asset-tracking tools
