An established contractor seeks an Operations Manager to oversee project execution, staffing, and process improvement across regional operations.

Responsibilities :

Manage project performance and operational KPIs.

Oversee staffing, workload balancing, and scheduling.

Support project teams and division leadership.

Implement workflow improvements for estimating and field coordination.

Participate in strategic planning and client relations.

Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in construction operations management.

Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Familiar with PM and ERP software (Procore, Vista, or similar).
