Job Summary : This position is responsible for going out to customer job sites to troubleshoot, diagnosing, and repair the commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration equipment, and / or HVAC equipment. Communication to the customer regarding services performed is essential.

Typical Physical Demands : This job requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, twisting, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching overhead. This position requires lifting to 75 pounds, requires manual dexterity sufficient to utilize many different hand tools, and requires normal range of hearing and vision. Often climbing ladders is a necessity and going up on rooftops. Must be able to work beneath equipment and in close quarters. Must be able to drive a full-size van.

Working Environment : Works in the field in restaurants, schools, or hospitals, or in the shop. Must work inside and outside during extreme heat and cold. Scheduled periodically to work overtime or weekend shifts.
