Payments Settlement Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Payments Settlement Operations Manager to lead and optimize payment settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and audit daily settlement operations across various payment methods

Reconcile daily transactions and investigate discrepancies

Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields

5+ years of experience in payment operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong understanding of settlement systems and ACH processing

Experience with automation tools and ERP / payment platforms

Excellent analytical and leadership skills
