International Armaments Cooperation Analyst

Key role : Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives. Provide analytical support for the development, planning, promulgation, and interpretation of DoD and Military Department policy and guidance as it relates to International Armaments Cooperation programs. Provide general oversight of assigned Technical Operations activities with allies and coalition partners to ensure effective program implementation and consistency with existing policies and long-term regional armaments cooperation objectives. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members, as needed.

Basic Qualifications :

• Knowledge of International Armaments Cooperation authorities and programs as outlined in Title 10 U.S. Code and DoD policy
• Knowledge of DoD International Agreement authorities and processes
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Security Cooperation (SC) and Security Assistance (SA), or 10+ years of experience in SC and SA in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
