Responsibilities :

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of credit card transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Create and manage work orders using an asset management system.
• Perform data entry tasks to support operational workflows.
• Assist blue-collar workers with paperwork and system updates.
• Handle requisitions and collaborate with the purchasing team.
• Monitor emergency lines and ensure proper documentation.
• Update financial records and contribute to budgeting processes.
• Utilize accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks and Tyler Technologies Munis.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies.
