A company is looking for a Customer Support Processing Associate to support its Insurance Operations business.
Key Responsibilities
Review complex data and financial transactions to ensure compliance with fraud procedures
Investigate and resolve customer contract discrepancies while maintaining documentation
Assist with check and ACH approvals, ensuring transactions are accurate and complete
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED, or an Associate degree in lieu of experience
3-5+ years of client customer support and operations experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with financial transactions such as life withdrawals and loans is preferred
