NCH is established, yet growing and we are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join Danco, Inc., a division of NCH Corporation. In this role, the Technical Support Representative will be responsible for offering product support and overseeing all consumer related questions that come into the Customer Service Department via website, social media, email, phone and mail. Danco sources and distributes plumbing products for virtually every brand of plumbing fixtures, including faucets, sinks, tubs and toilets. You can find our plumbing parts in most major hardware and home improvement stores throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities :

• Handling consumers and customer's product support cases through phone and email submission
• Assisting consumers and customers by explaining products, clarifying and / or providing installation instructions and providing troubleshooting tips.
• Documenting and reporting product malfunctions
