This position is a salaried, exempt and full-time role and will be reporting to an Account Executive. This position is US-hybrid with the option to work from any of Newfront's California office locations or hubs in Southern California.

What You'll Be Responsible For :

• Deliver best in class client service

Independently manage a minimum of seventy-five (75) accounts. Anticipate client needs. Drive retention and identify opportunities for up-sell.

Manage client project plans and lead client calls. Coordinate vendor, internal, and client resources to ensure successful operation of retirement plans, including plan amendments, plan operations, and compliance tasks.

Collaborate cross functionally to ensure successful execution of client deliverables and target Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Be a team player and contribute to a culture of growth.

Learn the retirement plan business and find ways to become a client service expert.

The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $50,800 and $87,500 / yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
