CBS Sports is home to some of the most iconic and widely viewed sports programming in the world. From the NFL and NCAA March Madness to the Masters, PGA TOUR, UEFA Champions League, NWSL, Serie A, and more, CBS Sports delivers premium sports content across broadcast, cable, streaming, and digital platforms. The CBS Sports Marketing team is responsible for driving awareness, tune-in, and brand affinity across all these properties through innovative, high-impact campaigns.

The Broadcast & Cable Promos team plays a critical role in this mission by producing and trafficking on-air promotional content that reaches millions of viewers. This team works closely with creative, media, and production partners to ensure every promo whether for a marquee event or a weekly highlight lands with precision and power. The Marketing Project Manager will be instrumental in keeping this engine running smoothly, ensuring that every asset is delivered on time, on brand, and on strategy.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily support the Broadcast & Cable Promos teams by managing project workflows, coordinating asset requests, and ensuring timely delivery of promotional materials. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership of tasks, and is flexible in supporting broader marketing initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage the workflow of Broadcast & Cable Promos projects from initiation to completion.
• Submit requests for all versions of promotional content, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and submit graphics requests for promos in a timely manner.
• Deliver A / V assets to internal and external agencies and partners for paid media campaigns.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing initiatives as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation and status updates for ongoing projects.
• Identify and escalate potential project risks or delays to leadership.

CBS Sports, a year-round leader in cross-platform sports coverage, broadcasts a portfolio of events on the CBS Television Network, including THE NFL ON CBS; college football, including the Big Ten ON CBS; college basketball, including the NCAA Division I Mens Basketball Championship; golf, including The Masters, PGA Championship and PGA TOUR; soccer, including the UEFA Champions League and NWSL; and CBS SPORTS SPECTACULAR.

In addition, the division includes CBS SPORTS NETWORK, the 24-hour cable home of CBS Sports which televises live sports programming throughout the year, including college football and basketball games, UEFA Champions League and Europa League action, Italys Serie A matches, Concacaf national team competitions, as well as a full slate of original programming and studio coverage.

CBS Sports also delivers an extensive lineup of global soccer coverage on Paramount+, including every UEFA club competition match, all Serie A matches as well as Concacaf national team competitions, and produces INSIDE THE NFL for Paramount+. CBS Sports Digitals multi-platform offerings include CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports apps for mobile and connected TV devices; the 24 / 7 streaming sports news network CBS Sports HQ; 247Sports; MaxPreps; CBS Sports fantasy games; and SportsLine.

Hiring Salary Range : $41.30 - $45.00 per hour.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
