Talent Acquisition Analyst / Specialist (Round Rock)

Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst / Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Round Rock, Texas.

Duties :

• Schedule and manage complex interviews across global time zones, partnering closely with executives and their EAs to ensure alignment and discretion
• Provide a white-glove experience for executive candidates, including travel arrangements, expense coordination, and personalized onsite interview support
• Act as a liaison between Executive Recruiters, hiring leaders, and EAs to ensure smooth communication and process execution
• Prepare interview agendas, candidate packets, and other documentation
• Manage candidate reimbursements and maintain accurate records in the ATS
• Coordinate internal meetings, candidate engagement sessions, and executive recruiting events with precision and professionalism
• Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication to candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion

The approximate pay range for this position is between $15.86 and $22.65 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
