The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $83,429-$121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications :

Responsible for managing the quality of multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ensure that the project quality requirements are aligned with the business strategies; that it is being applied consistently & correctly across the project, and that they will achieve the stated requirements safely and efficiently, to the satisfaction of its customers. Interface with on-site project teams on a regular basis to report the project quality KPIs and quality gates related discussion. Lead, conduct, and manage RCA (Root Cause Analysis) investigations and cross-functional teams. Develop and implement a project quality plan to meet the quality requirements of the project. Support the Project Manager during the Quality Gates management reviews and conduct a previous quality assessment for each quality gate. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the project quality and report progress monthly. Monitor the activities described in the project plans, relative to the quality of the project, which have implications in the contract, and ensure that project activities are integrated with the procedures and processes of Dematic Quality Management System. Apply continuous improvement techniques and align or improve any plans or processes that deviate during the project. Collaborate & support regional counterparts with the improvement of product, and process execution.

Requires a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, quality engineering or closely related field and 3 years' experience as a Quality Engineer or closely related occupation. Also requires 2 years' experience with quality management systems and methodologies in a project-based environment or supply chain business; continuous improvement techniques and tools; design thinking and lean thinking; data analysis tools; and data visualization tools like Power BI.
