What You’ll Do
- Partner with process owners and teams to foster a culture of process management, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement aligned with Hope Network’s mission, vision, goals, and strategic objectives.
- Facilitate, coach, train, and mentor teams in the use of process improvement tools, leveraging best practice across Hope Network to serve as a change agent to help solve complex challenges and achieve breakthrough improvements.
- Ensure sustainable adoption of improvements by local process owners through strong process control and management, including process mapping, documentation, metrics, monitoring systems, and defined ownership.
- Develop and refine process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency.
- Drive measurable financial benefits for the organization, consumers, and funders through effective process improvement efforts.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with process owners to develop and implement work plans that support new processes.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.4+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Process Improvement.Strong leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide small to medium groups.Proficiency in cost tracking, budgeting, and spreadsheet analysis.Passion for continuous improvement and adaptability to change.Why Join Our Team?
