Need developer with good experience with python and azure cloud environment
Good understanding on gen AI and open AI models
Security concept- RAC, any agentic AI framework experience
Key Responsibilities
Design and operate RAG services using Azure AI / Search, including chunking, embeddings, re-ranking, evaluation, and citations. Build MCP tools / servers to integrate security scanners, inventory systems, approvals, and Azure DevOps / GitHub. Develop agentic AI solutions using AutoGen, CrewAI, or Agno for secure tool-calling and multi-agent workflows. Create production-grade, multi-turn, retrieval-grounded chatbots with prompt management, guardrails, audit logging, and telemetry. Integrate Azure OpenAI behind APIM, manage secrets with Key Vault, process events via Event Hub, and instrument with Application Insights and Log Analytics. Evaluate and fine-tune open-source models (e.g., PEFT / LoRA) balancing quality, latency, cost, and safety. Deliver with CI / CD on Azure DevOps, implement tests, red-team for prompt-injection / jailbreaks, and maintain runbooks.
Minimum Qualifications
4-8 years of software development with 2+ years in LLM / GenAI. Strong Python and hands-on Azure OpenAI and Azure AI / Search (vector, hybrid, semantic). Experience with agent frameworks and MCP / tool-use patterns. Proven Azure PaaS (Functions / Web Apps, APIM, Key Vault, Event Hub) and Entra ID / RBAC with secure API design. Experience with observability (App Insights, Log Analytics / KQL) and Azure DevOps CI / CD.
Nice to Have
RAG evaluation (e.g., Ragas), Cosmos DB, KQL, security-first mindset (content safety, prompt-injection, privacy, AI threat modeling), LLM cost / latency optimization. Certifications : AI-102, AZ-204, AZ-305, DP-100.
