Overview
Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and enhance our safety culture across multiple manufacturing sites. If you are passionate about proactive safety management and thrive in a collaborative, fast?paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive multi?site safety programs (prevention, inspection, investigation, incident recording).
- Detect hazardous conditions, recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Lead safety training and analysis for leadership, managers, and employees.
- Oversee OSHA and workers compensation programs, including investigations, reporting, and claims management.
- Lead and support safety committees to ensure effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain site?specific safety and emergency programs, including training and certification.
- Implement preventive / corrective measures for processes, machinery, ergonomics, and PPE.
- Streamline and automate safety processes where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, local, and industry regulations; conduct periodic safety audits.
- Coordinate with OSHA inspectors, fire departments, and insurance carriers.
- Benchmark safety programs with other PACCAR locations and suppliers.
Qualifications
57 years of industrial safety and health experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Bachelors degree in safety management, Occupational Health, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.Professional certification in safety, industrial hygiene, or hazardous materials (CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Proven ability to develop a culture of behavioral?based safety.Why Join Us?
