Job description
Leading a global team of data engineers, the full-time Senior Data Engineering Manager will develop engineers, guide technical architecture, and directly contribute to large-scale data systems supporting AI platforms and customer-facing data feeds in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead the data engineering team to build and scale data systems for various business units Partner with Technical Product Managers to translate roadmap priorities into scalable technical plans Utilize AI coding tools to enhance methodologies and improve team productivity Required qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related technical roles 3+ years of managerial experience, including mentoring and team leadership Strong hands-on expertise with SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and Airflow Experience building and maintaining business-critical data systems Deep technical judgment in data modeling, pipeline architecture, and data quality
