Job description
To support customer onboarding and ongoing account management, the full-time remote Customer Success Associate will ensure clients enter the market efficiently, drive adoption, and maintain strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal teams. Key responsibilities Manage the onboarding process for new and existing customers to ensure they are prepared to perform and earn money Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal teams to eliminate delays and maintain seamless handoffs Provide ongoing account support and foster customer relationships beyond the initial onboarding phase Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the energy industry Strong Salesforce experience and a passion for using technology to enhance efficiency Relevant Bachelor's degree preferred Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities Interest in demand-side resources in energy markets
