Director of Operations

To support the operational growth of a new online college, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage cross-functional program alignment, build essential systems and processes, and enhance stakeholder communications while fostering a collaborative culture across the organization. Key responsibilities Drive alignment and accountability across functional teams through regular meetings and standardized practices Build and improve College operating rhythms, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and communication Serve as a trusted thought partner, providing feedback and insights to leadership while managing key communications across the College Required qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, or program management, preferably in complex organizations Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or master's degree is a plus Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment, with a track record of implementing structure and processes Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences Strong executive communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into clear narratives and presentations
