Head of Product Management

A company is looking for a Head of Product to lead the transformation of its product management practice and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and build a high-performance product management team, guiding Product Managers in delivering sustainable value

Collaborate with senior leadership to align global product vision and manage product lifecycle from planning to execution

Engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are reflected in product roadmaps and updates

Required Qualifications

Extensive senior experience in product management with leadership experience

Background in distributed computing with at least 5 years in blockchain or cryptocurrency technologies

Experience in an Agile environment and leading technical engineering teams

BSc / BA in a relevant field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus

Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a strategic mindset for product harmonization
