Job description
Supporting attorneys across all phases of litigation, the full-time Litigation Paralegal will work remotely to develop legal arguments, draft motions and discovery responses, and manage e-filing in multi-state and federal courts. Key responsibilities Work closely with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and case filings Draft and respond to discovery requests and assist with the preparation of trial materials Manage e-filing processes and ensure compliance with local court rules Required qualifications Paralegal certificate required 2-3+ years of litigation experience required Experience with e-filing systems and federal filing (PACER/ECF) General Liability, Insurance Defense, or Insurance Coverage experience preferred Proficiency in legal technology, including Westlaw and Microsoft Office
