About the Company

Haute Living parent company looking for a recruiter that can help the following verticals :

  • agents for Haute Real Estate
  • agents for Haute Jets
  • agents for Haute Insurance

About the Role

The recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our various business verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential candidates for Haute Real Estate, Haute Jets, and Haute Insurance.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Required Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate, aviation, or insurance industries.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

    • Pay range and compensation package

    Competitive salary based on experience.
