Recruiter

SkyHop Global is building a stronger, modernized People (HR) structure to support its growth and people-first culture. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting to attract and hire station leadership roles, dispatchers, and support staff nationwide. You'll partner closely with Operations and HR leadership to ensure SkyHop Global's staffing needs are met on time and within budget, while upholding our high standards of safety and service.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, from job posting through offer acceptance.

Collaborate with hiring managers and Operations leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.

Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, community partnerships, and referral programs.

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and federal hiring requirements for safety-sensitive positions.

Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and generate recruiting reports / metrics.

Support employer branding initiatives to promote SkyHop Global as an employer of choice.

Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.

Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience.

Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Education & Credentials

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.

Recruiting certifications preferred.

Experience and Skills

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (transportation, logistics, or high-volume hiring strongly preferred).

Knowledge of federal and state hiring laws and DOT requirements for safety-sensitive roles.

Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and community partnerships.

Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods, as well as frequent operation of a computer and other office productivity equipment.

The person in this role must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.

Visual acuity to read and produce accurate documents and data.

The role may occasionally involve moving or transporting materials or equipment weighing up to 15 pounds.

May require occasional travel to company locations or events.
