Job Description : Benefits and Payroll Administrator

Southern Air, Inc., an industry leading company headquartered in Lynchburg, Virginia with multi-state operations is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Benefits and Payroll Administrator. This key position reports to the Director of Finance and has strong growth and advancement potential, offering opportunities for professional development and increased responsibility over time. This position plays a vital role in supporting both individual employees and the organization's broader objectives by ensuring efficient and accurate payroll and benefits administration.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of experience in managing benefit plan administration and payroll processing and general human resources duties. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, problem solving skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, a track record of meeting deadlines, the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and a desire to help others.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Primary responsibility for the administrative duties associated with Company HR and benefit plans including :
