Benefits Documentation Specialist

Position Overview :

Our client is seeking assistance due to the current workload and upcoming compliance deadline for the 1095-C form.

Responsibilities :

• Benefits Documentation Specialist will assist with 1095-C documentation processing
• Benefits Documentation Specialist will need to work quickly to meet the compliance deadline
• Benefits Documentation Specialist role will have heavy data entry related responsibilities
• Ticketing system is used for all HR data
• Benefits Documentation Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested

Requirements :

• Ideally, 2-3+ years of benefits experience (understanding of health and welfare / 1095-C compliance) for Benefits Documentation Specialist role
• Benefits Documentation Specialist should have high quality data entry skills
• Vista will be system where entering the data – previous experience is NOT required
• Some working knowledge of an HR database is a plus
• Should know systems well and be comfortable with data entry, other admin tasks
• Intermediate Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUP's
• College degree or coursework is a plus but NOT required
