Job Description

Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate budgets and estimates for construction projects. Review project plans, specifications, and documents to ensure all preconstruction requirements are met. Manage bid processes, including soliciting and evaluating subcontractor proposals. Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project costs and efficiency. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Prepare and present detailed preconstruction reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. Support the transition from preconstruction to construction by providing necessary documentation and guidance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have :

• A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving and team management.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
