TSMC Arizona is looking for a Construction Project Controls Engineer to join our new fab project, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a Construction Project Controls Engineer, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values - I ntegrity, C ommitment, I nnovation and C ustomer Trust.

TSMC Arizona's Design & Construction Department responsibilities will encompass code interpretation, project planning and scheduling, resource monitoring and control, interface coordination, as well as oversight on quality, safety, and security.

Responsibilities :

• General responsibility of the Construction Project Controls Engineer :
• Schedule Development & Monitoring :

Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules milestones, covering all phases from building, facility, and utility completion.

Identify and assess potential scheduling risks.

Supporting engineering team, construction team, and contractors to build implementing trackable construction KPIs, quantify the productivity, tacking logs, and holding subcontractors accountable to their actual progress to inform management of current plan.

Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.

Standard work hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
