Job description
Leading integrated creative campaigns, the full-time Associate Creative Director, Copy will provide senior-level copy leadership and content direction across the brand while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand voice and messaging strategy. Key responsibilities Lead integrated creative campaigns from concept through launch across various channels Develop compelling messaging that builds brand awareness and supports customer engagement and retention goals Mentor and develop copywriters while maintaining high creative standards and fostering a culture of experimentation Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in brand copywriting, advertising, or integrated creative Exceptional portfolio showcasing creative thinking and brand storytelling across multiple channels Deep expertise in brand voice, messaging, and copywriting for digital and integrated marketing campaigns Experience leading and mentoring writers through coaching and feedback Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platform-specific copywriting best practices
