Treasury Management and Commercial Payments Product Manager
This role is responsible for supporting the development, launch, monitoring, and future enhancement initiatives of Navy Federal's Treasury Management and Commercial Payments products and programs. Key products include ACH Origination, Online Wire Initiation, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, and Business Zelle. This position will be a key stakeholder in the development and oversight of Navy Federal's commercial payments products suite and member engagement channels, act as a business Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal meetings and enterprise projects, oversee required reporting and adherence to KPIs, and contribute to future product development planning through competitive research, analysis, and recommendations.
Responsibilities
Product / Program Development & Management
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of Treasury Management and Commercial Payment products and programs.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for timely and effective delivery across all channels.
- Oversight and collaboration with other project stakeholders on user acceptance testing of new product or product enhancements.
- Manage and support assigned initiatives from concept through design, testing, implementation, and transition phases.
- Development and ongoing monitoring of member sales, onboarding, and support workflows in conjunction with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Development of policies and procedures related to delivering and supporting Treasury Management and Commercial Payments programs.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track program performance using KPIs and analytics; identify risks and improvement opportunities.Prepare monthly and quarterly enrollment, activity, and transaction reports for leadership review.Stakeholder Engagement
Key participant and product SME on Treasury Management and Commercial Payments project and planning meetings.Serve as product SME for enterprise integration projects impacting Treasury Management and Commercial Payments.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define goals, requirements, and success metrics for optimal product and program delivery.Product Enhancement & Research
Support future product development recommendations and planning through evaluation of member segments, growth goals, competitive analysis, and industry research.Recommend enhancements to improve member experience and operational efficiency through activity and servicing reports, product adoption rates, and feedback from enterprise partners.Risk & Compliance
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.Identify and mitigate risks impacting program deliverables.Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor team members and promote consistent application of policies and procedures.Participate in policy development and process improvement initiatives.Collaborate with enterprise partners to enhance member value, experience, and overall performance of the commercial products and delivery channels.Qualifications
Required
Significant experience in operational and product workflows and program development for Treasury Management or Commercial Payment products.Strong expertise in relevant commercial banking products including ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Lockbox, Sweep Accounts, Business Zelle, Merchant Services.Expertise in member / client treasury management sales, onboarding, and support activities.Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.Strong collaboration skills across organizational boundaries.Expertise in project management, planning, and problem-solving.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Desired
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)Knowledge of relevant systems, software, and regulatory requirements.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience.Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM
